A new addition to our 2024 lineup, this fruit forward sauce contains a blend of red and black currants from our backyard patch is paired with foraged tart cherries. The fruity base is tempered with poblano, cayenne, and smooky rainbow peppers.

Pairings: Ribs and smoked meats. Cocktail weenies, Swedish Meatballs, Pork, Cheese Plates.

Ingredients: Peppers (Naga Smooky Rainbow, Poblano, Cayenne, Bell, Puma, Banana, Jalapeno, Datil, Anaheim), Tart Cherries, Red Currants, Black Currants, Garlic, Lime Juice, Lemon Juice, Brown Sugar, White Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Salt, Xanthan Gum
