Mushroom Umami

We started with a blend of four habanero pepper varieties and roasted tomatoes from the garden, then added a bunch of shiitake mushrooms, fish sauce, anchovies, garlic, a blend of citrus, and some other umami elements to create this unique savory sauce with a pleasant kick.
