Our “classic” hot sauce – this is our take on a traditional cayenne hot sauce. We start with a blend of peppers dominated by cayenne and cherry bomb add garden-grown garlic and then ferment for 3 weeks. The result is a tangy sauce with great depth of flavor.

If you loved our retired Garlic Cayenne sauce, try this one! It’s a similar recipe, just fermented.

Parings: A favorite for buffalo wings, pizza, or on top of deviled eggs. Very versatile and works on nearly everything!

Ingredients: Peppers (Jalapeno, Cayenne, Cherry Bomb, Serrano, Tobasco, Habanero), Garlic, White Vinegar, Water, Salt, Xanthan Gum
