A sauce inspired by the Argentinian condiment – a blend of peppers highlighted by  fresno, red jalapeno and banana is paired with shallots, pickled garlic scapes, and loads of herbs to form this herby, mildly spicy sauce. 

Pairings: Steak, Potatoes, Grilled meats, Steak Tacos, Fries
