A habanero flavor forward profile without the heat! Made from a base of plenty of haba-nadas, a zero spice cousin of the habanero, some bell and banana peppers, topped with carrots and onions for a nice sweetness. This is the sauce for the MN Nice palate!

Lovingly known as "Sadie's Sauce", named for our one year old daughter.

Pairings: Salad vinaigrette, Chicken Nuggets, Fish Tacos, Non-Spicy Summer Margarita 

Ingredients: Peppers (Habanada, Banana, Bell), Onion, Carrot, Garlic, Orange Juice, White Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Salt, Xanthan Gum
