Pineapple Ginger Habanero

This recipe was inspired by a gift of habaneros from a friend several years ago. The peppers are combined with pineapple, lemongrass, ginger root, and garlic to create this sauce. The vibrant color, sweetness, and ginger kick make this one pop!

We toned down the heat a little from our 2023 batch, for those who have previously tried this sauce.

Pairings: Mac and cheese, spicy chicken wings, pizza, spaghetti (seriously, try it!)

Ingredients: Pineapple, Peppers (Habanero, Bell, Poblano, Orange Ribbon, Puma, Fatalii Mortalii, Scotch Bonnet), Ginger Root, Onion, Garlic, Lemongrass, White Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Water, Salt, Xanthan Gum
