We set out to create a sauce to.pair with everything grilled. This sauce starts with a mountain of caramelized onions. Then additions of rosemary, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire come together in this savory, subtly sweet sauce that bridges hot sauce and steak sauce territories.
