This sauce started as our Garden Blend sauce, layered with our final round of peppers from the garden before the frost hit. We smoked them over a blend of oak and applewood to tame the “green” flavor of unripe peppers. This one is a bit different each year due to the mix of peppers grown and what is available from the last harvest - it's a unique representation of that growing season.

Pairings: Bloody Marys, nearly any breakfast food, pizza, grilled cheese, chicken wings, popcorn, or potatoes
