We wanted to see if we could make a truly “hot” hot sauce, so we specially curated a blend of 15 super-hot pepper varieties to create this one. These peppers joined a base of the milder pepper varieties from the garden, white onion, and lots of garlic to form this fiery sauce with some classic flavor notes.
