Inspired by salsa verde, a blend of jalapenos, serranos and mild green pepper varieties join over 20 pounds of roasted tomatillos to form the base of this sauce. We add onions, cilantro, a load of garlic, lime and a touch of cumin to complete this tasty sauce.

Pairings: Tacos, chilaquiles, breakfast sandwiches, burritos, or use it to make a seasoned sour cream
